We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us at least 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
No Show Policy
Please be advised that our salon has a no-show policy whereby any no shows will be charged for the full amount of the service(s) scheduled.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. All services are non-refundable, but we are committed to making any needed corrections free of charge.
Please be advised if you NO Show on a re-do reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
Gratuities are given directly to your service provider using either cash or Venmo. Our salon coordinators can provide assistance with Venmo access for your service provider. We are unable to include gratuities with your credit card payment for service.
