Beaucage’s window is bathed in teal light. This light serves as a reminder, to women and passerby’s, to get to know the symptoms of ovarian cancer; bloating, pelvic or abdominal pain, feeling full quickly, and urinary urgency or frequency.

In the United States ovarian cancer is detected in 1 out of every 67 women and causes over 15,000 deaths a year. In excess of 22,000 women contract the illness each year. However, if detected early, the five year survival rate exceeds 90%.
