Everyone loves to watch the Grammys and the Oscars, and one of the reasons is because we love to see all the stars dressed to the 9’s sporting the new fashions of the year. While the stars did a fabulous job and looked stunning as usual, it’s always nice to see what the popular hairstyles are for the months to come. Here’s what we learned from watching this year’s Academy Awards:

Nothing is simpler than the slicked back pony. Not only is it elegant and easy, but it accentuates your face and lets your makeup do most of the talking.

Ushering in a new, fun and playful look for 2015 are some of the leading ladies of Hollywood. The long bob is in and here to stay, and its super easy to style.

Regardless of all of these beautiful hairstyles, there was one main theme that we saw reappearing over and over again.
